Most of the Unity College campus is located within its 225 acres surrounded by woodlands and hills, with some additional facilities in and around the town of Unity. They include residence halls, classrooms, research facilities, dining halls, student activity spaces, administrative buildings, a cultural center, a commercial greenhouse, and unique outside recreational areas.
New Additions and Renovations
Clifford Hall, housing over 70 students, was built in the summer of 2014, designed and built to LEED Silver standards by a LEED-accredited professional architect. Recent renovations in the Koons Hall Research Laboratory include the addition of geology, chemistry, and clean laboratories. The Wyman dining hall is also undergoing extensive renovation and expansion, including the addition of a Mongolian grill. The Student Activities Building also underwent extensive renovations, including new lighting, furniture, and bathrooms.
