What is an outdoor adventure guide?

Adventure Education Guides, sometimes called Outdoor Adventure Guides, are coaches, working with individuals and groups as they engage in the outdoor activities, such as climbing, technical ropes climbing, kayaking, mountaineering, canoeing, and other outdoor activities. As guides, they are also instructors in the safety and educate others on how to interact with their environment while having fun.
