WALKING THE TURTLE’S BACK, a collection of oil paintings inspired by artist Eric Darling's world travels, will be on display in the Leonard R. Craig Gallery from January 31 - March 1.
Eric Darling is a self-taught artist native to New England. A Unity College alumni, he went west to earn a BA in Anthropology at SDSU. Interests such as archaeology, travel and teaching in Asia, as well as an overall appreciation for the natural world are all evident in Darling’s work. He now lives with his family in the quiet coastal town of Cushing.
A closing reception will be held February 28th from 5-7pm. Refreshments will be provided. The reception is free and open to the public.
The Leonard R. Craig Gallery is located in the lobby of the Unity College Center for the Performing Arts. The gallery is open during UCCPA events and by appointment.
