Unity College is seeking submissions from artists for a nature art and photography show slated for April 22. The show and sale seeks to showcase the wide range of art and photography produced by Maine’s artist and environmental communities.

“We are interested in hearing from artists working in a range of media, including but not limited to painters and other 2D artists working in any media, printmakers, fiber artists, sculptors, photographers, carvers and video artists,” noted Tom Mullin, an Associate Professor at Unity College and coordinator of the show.

The event will be part of the annual Unity College celebration of Earth Day.  The show will also include family and community related activities for children, demonstrations, community art displays, and a silent auction. All proceeds from the show will support student scholarships at Unity College.
