Rebecca Brewer (she/her) has been working in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety for over 12 years, with responsibility for HS&E in manufacturing facilities located in multiple states. Prior to becoming an adjunct instructor here at Unity, she was working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Course Developer, designing courses for Unity College. 

Rebecca earned her Masters Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and obtained her undergraduate degree from Columbia College. In addition, she received her Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) certification through St Louis University and teaches OSHA 10 Hr courses, OSHA 30 Hr courses, as well as First Aid/CPR/AED courses through the American Red Cross. 

Rebecca currently resides in mid-Missouri with her wife, son, and a house full of pets. In her free time, she enjoys listening to live, local music, being out in nature with her family and dogs, hiking, float trips, off-roading in their Jeep, and anything that gets them out of the house and into the sunshine.
