Our daily work leads us to further system enhancements. These will be primarily focused on new automation and improved user interfaces.

Goal: Scale with demand
Looking ahead, our new planning is focused on exploring a range of exciting projects:
- Revamping the Unity.edu website
- Improving financial aid functionality to make it more user-friendly
- HRIS replacement to modernize our human resources management
- Extend capabilities of personalized AI agents to support the entire student journey from prospect to planned giving, and to support employees and other customers as well
- Consortium Enabler to facilitate collaboration with other institutions
- Digital Skill Tree/Comprehensive Learner Record to track and display students’ skills and achievements
- Ticketing systems for Unity such as learning design
- Data lake/warehouse for improved data management and analytics
Further down the line, we are looking at:
- Academic program management (proposal, launch, assessment)
- New learning management system
- Board portal
These projects will further enhance our ability to serve our students and staff, and continue to advance Unity Environmental University’s mission.
