This course introduces students to entrepreneurship and innovation in the context of sustainable food systems. Students will learn about emerging trends and technologies in food production, processing, and distribution, including vertical farming, alternative protein sources, and blockchain traceability systems. Through case studies and business plan development projects, students will explore opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation in the sustainable food sector.
