My name is Dr. Chadwick Church, you can call me Dr. Church, Dr. Chad, or Dr. C. I received my BS in Organizational Communications, my MA in Communication and Leadership, I have an ABD in Psychology with an emphasis in Learning, Communication, and Technology, and I received my PsyD in Psychology with an emphasis on Sport and Performance this year. I was also at one time nationally certified in massage therapy. I have lived all over the United States including Michigan, Alaska, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Tennessee, California, Colorado, and currently reside in Green Bay, WI, in that order, and yes, I am a Cheesehead if you are wondering.

I met my wife in Arizona, and she has been on this journey with me since then. We do not have any children of the two-legged variety, but we do have two dogs, a one-year-old and a senior. When I am not teaching, I have a consulting business, Warrior Mindset Consulting, and love to spend time with my wife traveling and trying new things, and I love sports with my favorites being football and anything combat-related, I even did my Applied Doctoral Project (ADP) on Mixed Martial Arts which I recently received the honor of ADP of the Year.
