I am Joel Tiant Hornes is a native of Bradenton, FL and I earned my Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL, and acquired my Master’s Degree in Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University, Washington, DC.  My area of interest includes years of working with sales, marketing, and public relations. I have gained a wealth of environmental experience through not only my education but also my volunteer experience working with the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and the Boys & Girls Club of America.  He is employed full-time in the education and public relations field.
