Jonathan Russo received his B.S. in Economics and M.S in Sustainability (2018) at Arizona State University.  He is currently pursuing a 2nd M.S. in Geographic Information Systems at the University of Central Arkansas.  He currently holds positions in North Dakota as a value-added energy business development manager for the state where he specializes in renewable energy and advanced energy technology projects, as well as the technical advisor for the state’s Renewable Energy Program. His research interests include price and non-price policy effects on conservation behavior, the effects of natural resource reliance on economic development, and the resiliency of energy resources during economic disturbances.
