Mrs. Julie Talbott is an Instructor of College Algebra for Environmental Professionals at Unity College. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Teacher Education and a Master’s degree in Math Education. She has been teaching and tutoring both part-time and full-time over the past 19 years. Most of her experience has been in mathematics, but she has also taught science and language arts.  

She loves math and desires to help others achieve their own goals in education. She has been in several roles that involve math: teacher, tutor, writer, friend, colleague, musician, mortgage processor, aunt, wife, and mom. 

 Currently, she works from home for Unity College as well as tutoring for various companies, selling Cutco cutlery, and writing a new math textbook/ workbook that meets the upcoming standards for the state of Florida. She loves attending church, spending time with her family both indoors and outdoors, and settling in their new home. Currently, they have two dogs and one cat, with plans for chickens, ducks, and a cow in the future.
