Richard Chesler

Richard (Rich) Chesler is a career federal law enforcement officer with diverse experience as a U.S. Coast Guard boarding officer, U.S. Park Police officer, Deputy U.S. Marshal, and Special Agent with the National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Office of Law Enforcement).  He currently serves as his agency’s National Training Coordinator at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia. 

He has had the opportunity to travel internationally conducting enforcement operations, investigations and capacity building training in the Caribbean, Eastern Pacific, Central and South America, Persian Gulf, West and Central Africa and Indonesia. He holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
