What is TAO?
Therapist Assisted Online (TAO) is an interactive, dynamic, and easy-to-access online program. It was designed for addressing issues related to anxiety and depression, which are the problems most commonly faced by college students. TAO can provide resources and tools to promote healthy coping skills and help you bounce back from life’s disappointments and frustrations. The exercises can be completed through a smartphone, tablet, or computer and the online programs are accessible 24/7. To access services, you must be a currently enrolled student.
How Does TAO work?
TAO is available to be completed as a stand-alone resource for preventative care. Your privacy on TAO
When self-enrolled self-help groups are created in TAO without an administrator, the following anonymized utilization data is reported to support ongoing renewal: the number of users enrolled, modules completed and aggregated de-identified wellness scores. User’s entries in the modules, logs and the wellness survey remain private, only accessible by the user.
