Long before AI became a strategic imperative, I was unknowingly preparing for this moment. Not in graduate school or executive training programs, but on my family’s couch, watching stories that would become my leadership framework decades later.
These weren’t educational programs. They were pure entertainment. But embedded in the special effects and storylines were profound lessons about intelligence, responsibility, and the relationship between humans and machines. Today, as I lead an institution through AI-driven transformation, I realize those childhood hours weren’t wasted time. They were preparation for the challenges we’re facing right now.
