Staffing at Unity is determined by scale and strategic growth. Each role is evaluated for viability using a set of heuristics designed to align capacity with performance needs. Employees may be hired into one of our Sustainable Education Business Units (SEBUs) or directly into Enterprise, our centralized shared services teams.
