A nursery or greenhouse manager is in charge of the daily operations of the facility. They are responsible for cultivating, plant-breeding, and protecting the plants against disease and pests. A nursery or greenhouse manager must also manage the heating and cooling of the facility along with the irrigation. They must keep accurate and detailed records of production and finances. They also hire and train the greenhouse staff.
