Unity Environmental University Announces Environmental Career Expo

Expo to Connect Students with Over 60 Environmental Employers from Across the Nation and Globe
Unity Environmental University is excited to announce its annual Career Expo, taking place from March 28-30, 2023. This three-day event, held from 2:00-7:00 p.m. EST each day, will provide a platform for students from multiple colleges and universities to connect with over 60 environmental employers from 22 states, as well as national and global organizations.
The Unity Environmental Career Expo aims to help bridge the gap between students and the environmental workforce, offering opportunities for seasonal work, internships, fellowships, and full-time employment. The event is designed to be accessible and convenient, being offered for free online over multiple days to accommodate students, recent graduates, and employers across the country and in different time zones.
“We believe our Career Expo will play a critical role in helping our students connect with in-demand careers in the environmental sector for years to come. By offering this platform for networking and exploration, we hope to provide a pathway for success in the environmental workforce,” said Unity Environmental University President Dr. Melik Peter Khoury.
Participants will be able to customize their schedules based on their availability and interests, attending 30-minute informational sessions or schedule interviews with prospective employers. The event will provide a platform for students to explore employment opportunities across various industries, including environmental protection, wildlife conservation and rehabilitation, zookeeping, ecotourism, sustainable agriculture, education, and government agencies.
