Dr. Khoury will discuss how the university is harnessing cutting-edge technology, including Salesforce Education Cloud and Agentforce, to transform student recruitment, enhance enrollment experiences, and broaden access to higher education. By integrating Agentforce, Unity is amplifying its environmental mission by reaching more students passionate about sustainability and conservation, thereby empowering a larger number of environmental stewards to address pressing global challenges.
Since taking the helm, Dr. Khoury has led Unity through scalable growth and transformation. Facing challenges in expanding access and affordability, recognizing that technology would be pivotal in reaching a broader audience without compromising educational quality. “Our initial plans focused on leveraging digital platforms to make environmental education more accessible and affordable,” he noted.
By integrating Salesforce Education Cloud as Unity’s primary CRM and student information system, the university unified its data—from registration and applications to academic programs and degree requirements—providing staff with a comprehensive view of each student. This integration has allowed Unity to measure success across student recruitment, services, and employee efficiencies, aligning with our future goals.
Now, Unity is expanding its use of Salesforce to include Agentforce, a new layer on the Salesforce Platform that enables organizations to build and deploy autonomous AI agents. Dr. Khoury will be speaking at the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour, where he will discuss being the first university in the country to implement Agentforce.
Dr. Khoury will discuss how the product with allow Unity to scale student recruitment, engage more effectively with students during enrollment, and improve access to higher education. He will also delve into topics such as utilizing AI agents to handle routine inquiries, personalizing student interactions through data-driven strategies, and leveraging technology to overcome a myriad of challenges.
