Please Complete the Alumni Survey

January 26, 2021

Greetings!

As always, I hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy as we wrap up the first month of 2021. During the holiday season, it was a pleasure to reconnect with many of you as you engaged with Unity College in a variety of ways. It is always exciting to hear what you’ve been up to and the good work you’re doing. Even in the midst of a pandemic, many of you have shared stories with us about new research you’re doing or interesting work you’ve been able to do.

This week, I’d like to remind you how valuable and important it is to let us know what you’ve been up to since graduating from Unity College. One easy way to do that is through our Alumni SurveyWhile the alumni survey is live on our website all year, a couple of times throughout the year I like to do a specific outreach asking you to take a moment to engage with Unity College in this way. It’s always fun to take a look at the responses and identify commonalities. This is also a tool we use to talk with perspective students about what they can do with a Unity College degree. Many of you have such interesting jobs that are very exciting to prospective students!

The alumni survey also offers us some fascinating statistics, for example, 86% of those who have responded to the alumni survey report being employed in a job that related to their Unity College degree! Further, 82% of those who responded completed an internship or thesis during their time at Unity College, and of those who completed an internship, 70% said they received a job offer as a result of their internship. These are impressive numbers that speak to the great work you’re doing and the value of a Unity College degree!
