Students,
All students must have their belongings removed from their residence halls by May 9th. For those of you who will need to return to campus to retrieve the items that you may still have in your room we have created a google form ( https://forms.gle/zXU3eQB2FNnoijS2A ) to schedule days and times. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notification for your trip to campus. Stephen Nason will coordinate room access and confirm your appointment as buildings will be re-keyed and locked. If you have any questions, please contact Stephen at 207-509-7284 or via email at snason@unity.edu.
We know many of you have questions about your mail. Here are some things you should DO so you continue to get your mail at your current location:
*First class mail that’s on campus (along with any mail that comes for the remainder of break) will be forwarded to your home address.
*During this time, please contact friends/family/credit cards/vendors/banks, etc. and give them your new address.
*Change your Amazon/Chewy/IPSY/Walmart—anything you get by subscription–shipping address. These items will be returned to sender.
* If you’re living in the area, please have your mail/packages delivered to your apartment, etc. This will ensure you continue to receive mail if the campus closes.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Leigh directly at 207-509-7208 or via email at ljuskevice@unity.edu.
