These degrees are built around practical, real-world outcomes, making them a natural fit for students who chose the ProStart pathway.

Through this formal articulation agreement with the NRAEF, that next step is now more direct, more affordable, and more flexible than ever.

The NRAEF invests in the lives of future restaurant and foodservice leaders through ProStart, a two-year high school career and technical education program operating in more than 2,200 schools across 49 states. Unity Career Edge is proud to extend ProStart’s reach by creating a direct pathway from high school credentials to a bachelor’s degree.

Culinary Innovation and Food Systems

Build a career at the intersection of food, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. This degree prepares graduates to lead in food production, culinary operations, and sustainable food systems.

ProStart students receive credit for:

  • FOOD 201: Sustainable Culinary Development (3 credits)
  • ENTR 201: Entrepreneurial Thinking and Opportunity Recognition (3 credits)
  • ACCT 1010: Business Accounting (3 credits)
  • MKTG 301: Introduction to Sustainable Branding (3 credits)

Sustainable Business Management

Develop the strategic and operational skills to lead organizations through a changing economy. This degree prepares graduates to apply sustainable business principles across a range of industries, including food, agriculture, and environmental enterprise.

ProStart students receive credit for:

  • ACCT 1010: Business Accounting (3 credits)
  • MKTG 301: Introduction to Sustainable Branding (3 credits)
  • General Elective Credits (6 credits)
