Dr. Aisha Stephen is an adjunct professor at Unity College.  She been in education for 

18 years, 5 years in New York City, 13 years in Gwinnett County, and 5 years in Higher 

Education, Online Teaching.  I grew up on the beautiful island of Jamaica and relocated 

to the United States at age 18.  I earned my BA in Human Services-Child Welfare from 

New York City College of Technology; my Masters in School Counseling from Brooklyn 

College, and my Doctorate in Administration and Leadership from Walden University. 

Dr. Stephen enjoys traveling during her free time, and spending time with family and 

friends. She has traveled to China, London, Italy, Paris, Mexico and South Africa. She 

views traveling as a learning experience and an opportunity to learn the culture and 

experiences of the locals.
