Dr. Andrine Stanhope is an Adjunct Professor of Climate Change at Unity Environmental University. She holds both a Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Science from Florida A&M University. Dr. Stanhope has extensive experience in higher education and has also worked in the public sector in the United States and Jamaica. Her expertise includes landfill planning, waste management, and environmental compliance, with a focus on developing strategic solutions for sustainability challenges. In her role as Director of Landfill Planning and Research, Dr. Stanhope led crucial environmental projects aimed at promoting long-term sustainability. She also served as a Program Manager, coordinating large-scale initiatives and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Passionate about education, Dr. Stanhope encourages her students to critically evaluate the environmental impacts of human activities. She is dedicated to inspiring individuals to take meaningful steps toward a more sustainable future. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and racquetball
