Alongside Jason Dempsey (MissionWise Growth Partners), David Fike (Golden Gate University), Brent Ramdin (EducationDynamics) and moderated by Seth Odell (Kanahoma), Dr. Khoury explored how universities can pursue growth that’s both sustainable and student-centered.
“If your institution is designed for capacity rather than scale, growth can actually hurt you,” he said. “True growth isn’t a hockey stick, it’s a ladder. Each rung represents the systems, governance, and investments that allow you to serve students well at every stage.”
The discussion centered on practical ways to align mission, infrastructure, and innovation so that growth supports both learners and the people who serve them. Thank you to P3•EDU and fellow panelists for fostering such an insightful conversation about the future of higher education.
