Ph.D. in Animal Science
Dr. Lindsay Westbrook is an Adjunct Professor in Animal Science at Unity Environmental University. She received a Ph.D. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and a M.S. and B.S. in Animal Science from Oregon State University. Lindsay has over 10 years of combined education and experience in animal sciences, with specializations in animal nutrition and meat science. Her research interests include the use of alternative feedstuffs, maternal nutrition, and feed efficiency in beef cattle. Dr. Westbrook’s primary goal as an educator is to share her passion for animal science while incorporating a positive learning environment that promotes critical thinking of real-world problems.
