The first show is an evening presentation on Saturday at 7 p.m at the UCCPA. A Sunday matinee will be offered at 3 p.m.
Unity College students are known for their interest in the environment, but some have exceptional drama skills, demonstrated yearly with presentations by the Unity College Drama Troupe.
Co-Directed by Candace Robinson ’14 and Geordi Hall ’16, the play tells the story of Agent Gold, a top Agent in the FBI … the Fairytale Bureau of Intelligence. Agent Gold and her crack team of Agents work herd to take down public enemy number one, the Three Bears. With time running out, they must race to stay one step ahead of the bears to save the entire Kingdom.
“This is a family friendly production,” said Robinson. “The performers and fellow director Geordi are excited about this production. The drama troupe does not typically perform family oriented production, so this is special.”
Robinson says that the play is rife with interesting twists and amusing dialogue, and a good bit of action.
“There are conflicts, explosions, a mild mannered cow, and so much more,” said Robinson. “Students have been working hard on this production and will deliver an exceptional theatrical experience for theatregoers.”
