Karlee Holmes

Credentials

M.S. in Environmental Science and Management

Karlee Holmes is an Adjunct Instructor at Unity College. She received a M.S. in Environmental Science and Management with a concentration in Conservation from Duquesne University. Prior to that, she received her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. 

Besides working in academia, she worked as a federal Park Ranger, and as a Field Director for an elk conservation non-profit located in Pennsylvania. Karlee remains actively involved in conservation efforts by serving on the Board of Directors for an environmental non-profit called the Glade Run Lake Conservancy. She uses her education in Environmental Science and her years of experience with marketing and communication to help protect and enhance the lake for future generations. 

In her spare time, Karlee enjoys bird watching, nature photography, fishing, kayaking, and traveling to as many National Parks as she can.
