Kim Saccio is an adjunct instructor with Unity Environmental University and the San Mateo County Community College District (in California). She received her BA in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and her MA in Digital Technologies for Teaching and Learning from the University of San Francisco. Over the years, Kim has taught Studio Arts, Humanities, Career and College Readiness, Study Skills, and Computer Technologies. Before becoming an instructor, she worked in tech publishing in both editorial and management capacities. 

As an instructor, Kim is dedicated to student success and engagement. As an artist, Kim takes inspiration from the natural world – especially coastline ecosystems – to inform her work.
