Alaina Lett has been an instructor for over twenty years, most of those with online learners. She  developed many of her own courses for Communications and English, and outside of education, she has worked with editing and research/ development for local businesses through advertising, promotions, grants, and scholarship committees.  

Ms. Lett is also the Sterile Processing Manager for an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in her hometown.  She is Gold-Crown certified in sterile processing, holding certifications as a technician, instrument specialist, healthcare leader, and endoscopy technician. She also sits on the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution as the ASC representative.
