Ms. Wesley has a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, as well as a Graduate certificate in Organizational Development. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Practice with an emphasis in Consulting and Coaching. She currently serves as the faculty development specialist for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In this capacity she leads faculty development committees in creating impactful change on campus. She is also an Organizational Development and Change Leadership consultant for religious organizations in Central Arkansas.
