Master's in Sustainable Energy Development, Mechanical Engineering

Victoria has a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Development, Mechanical Engineering. She has 7+ years’ experience in sustainability–namely Net-Zero,–renewables and energy efficiency programs within the Utility and Commercial Real Estate Sectors. Victoria has assisted in a variety of climate action plans and declarations and uses her free time to actively volunteer for local environmental and climate change groups. Since 2021, Victoria took a hard left turn in her career and leaned into her passion of culinary expertise but subsequently found a niche to provide locally sourced and zero waste meals to Guides and Outfitters to reduce Tourism Waste in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Her business, Teton Lunch Counter, has been able to prevent a minimum of 40,000 single use plastic containers in only 24 weeks of summer tourism operations. When not working- you can find her with bundles of food at local markets, white water kayaking, skiing, or fly fishing!
