Joel Tiant Hornes is a native of Bradenton, FL. He earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL and acquired his Master’s Degree in Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University, Washington, DC.  His areas of interest include years of working with sales, marketing and public relations. He has gained a wealth of environmental experience through not only his education but his volunteer experience working with the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and the Boys & Girls Club of America.  He is employed full time in the education and public relations field.
